The Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI), which Leadership Excelleration administers in partnership with the Hay Group, is an exceptional way for leaders to receive valuable feedback from peers, direct reports, their leader, and others. Coaching sessions with a Leadership Excelleration consultant allows them to develop in key areas with support and encouragement.
