Celebrating 15 years as founder and President of Leadership Excelleration, Inc., Diane Egbers provides Executive Coaching, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, and Leadership Effectiveness services.  Diane has led HR functions in financial services at the Vice President level.  Now, Diane is dedicated to serve financial services leaders as a dynamic coach, facilitator and management consultant.  Diane works collaboratively with Fifth Third leaders to set and achieve goals that involve cultivating the strengths as an individual leader and realizing potential for success at organization, team and individual levels.  This may include: coaching key leaders, facilitating leadership teams, Senior Leadership Team coaching as well as building capacity of leaders to assimilate as fully contributing leaders.

Diane holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Human Resources Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati.  Diane is certified in Hay Group – Emotional Intelligence as well as Executive Coaching.  She is a member of International Leader Association (ILA), International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a sought after speaker on leadership topics.

Diane primarily serves Financial Services, Fortune 500, and Healthcare clients such as:  Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Countrywide Mortgage, Eli Lilly, Fidelity Investments, Fifth Third Bank, Nuveen Investments, General Electric, KMK Attorneys at Law, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Procter and Gamble, St. Elizabeth Health Care, TriHealth and WellPoint.

Karen has a passion for helping leaders, teams and organizations thrive.  With more than 20 years of experience, she is an engaging, experienced executive coach and consultant who combines real-world experience with best practice approaches.  Prior to consulting, Karen held leadership positions at Ernst & Young and Bristol-Myers Squibb (The Drackett Company). Her experience includes strengthening leadership capability, guiding the development of high performance teams and strategic plans, leading organization assessment and improvement efforts, as well as managing well-known consumer products (including P&L responsibility).

Along with an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Xavier University, Karen has the following certifications: Myers Briggs, DISC, Hay Group – Emotional Intelligence, Linkage – Coaching Leaders, and Total Quality Transformation (TQT).
