Karen has a passion for helping leaders, teams and organizations thrive.  With more than 20 years of experience, she is an engaging, experienced executive coach and consultant who combines real-world experience with best practice approaches.  Prior to consulting, Karen held leadership positions at Ernst & Young and Bristol-Myers Squibb (The Drackett Company). Her experience includes strengthening leadership capability, guiding the development of high performance teams and strategic plans, leading organization assessment and improvement efforts, as well as managing well-known consumer products (including P&L responsibility).

Along with an MBA from the J.L.
