Diane Egbers is a dynamic Organizational Development, Leadership Effectiveness and Training and Development professional. Diane has more than 16 years of experience partnering with leaders to improve organizational performance, productivity and profits. Joy Van Patten is an innovative Human Resources Development professional with over 16 years experience. Her skills are particularly strong as a change agent, facilitator, coach, designer and trainer. Joy has worked with executive teams, division leaders and at all other levels in organizations providing expertise in organization assessment, leadership development, transition management, training and development. Joy served several years as a Senior Consultant with Anthem Blue Cross and Shield supporting the CEO and direct reports.

Clients have included Mead Paper, Coca-Cola, Origin Technologies, Kenworth Trucking, Club Chef, AT&T, Warren County, Good Samaritan Hospital of Dayton, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, and Columbus Children’s Hospital.

Joy holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Human Resources Development from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Wilmington College.

Karen Schenck has over 20 years of management and consulting experience. Prior to establishing Reach, Inc., she held leadership positions at Ernst & Young and Bristol-Myers Squibb (The Drackett Company). Her experience includes managing well-known consumer products (including Drano, Endust, Renuzit and Vanish), guiding the development of strategic plans and high performance work teams, leading organization assessment and improvement efforts, and building leadership and employee skills.

Karen holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Xavier University.
